Cooking with Sergio was an unforgettable experience and one of the most personal highlights of our trip. He welcomed us into his home and taught us how to make incredible dishes like eggplant parmesan, handmade ravioli, gnocchi, and more—each one better than the last. Sergio also shared a number of practical cooking tips we’ll definitely use at home, and he provides the recipes so you can recreate the meal later. Much of the produce we used came straight from his garden, and the wine—naturally fermented and made by Sergio himself—was a pleasant surprise. We're usually not fans of natural wine, but his was truly excellent and stood out as some of the best we had in Italy. To top it off, the dinner takes place on a patio with stunning views over Positano and the sea. A truly authentic and special experience—highly recommended.

Phenomenal evening from start to finish! Sergio and his wife are the perfect hosts..Learned awesome tricks of the trade, delicious food and homemade wine and great company. Can’t wait to try it on our own back in the states! 5 Stars for sure !!

Sergio's Home Experience was by far the best meal we had while on our 2 week anniversary trip to Italy and Greece. The homemade wine was perfect too. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were entering an old friend's home. Bistra & Sergio were very welcoming and we loved playing with Leo too. Being a part of the cooking experience made it even better. I only wish I hadn't left the recipes. The sunset, the food, and the company was absolutely wonderful! Thank you!

My husband and I had a phenomenal time at Sergio’s cooking class. The view from his home was incredible, the food was so flavorful and delicious, his wine was some of the best we’ve ever had, and we loved learning all of his techniques! We can’t wait to try his recipes at home. His little pup was the icing on the cake too. Such a cutie! Highly recommend.

Sergio’s Home Experience was easily one of the coolest vacation experiences I’ve ever had. Sergio and his partner (and their cute dog, Leo) are the best hosts! Sergio gave us lessons on how to make a number of dishes: - Eggplant Parmesan - Ravioli (sausage & cheese) - green beans with basil - strawberry tiramisu - potato gnocchi Everything tasted amazing! Sergio was such a kind host and was great fun to chat with. He is also a super talented wine and olive oil producer! I highly recommend this experience- it is so worth it! Thanks, Sergio, for the wonderful experience! You are the best host and we’ll be back for sure!!

Me and my partner went here last July and had an incredible experience. Sergio taught us how to make beautiful authentic foods in his favourite way. He then seated us on his patio at sunset which has a gorgeous view, put on a record, and paired some local wines while he served us our food as though we were in a nice restaurant. We had an amazing cooking and dinner experience at Sergios home. We got to prepare a four course authenthic italian dinner, where Sergio demonstrated the different steps and techniques. And the best part was eating the food we had prepared on the terrazze looking over Praiano and Positano. This was the highlight on our trip to the Amalfi coast and Praiano. We will book again next time we are on the Amalfi coast. Thank you, Sergio!
